The question you have to ask is what is the definition of Wells Fargo's statement, "We'll work with you". Yes, they work alright. They work hard to lose your paperwork over and over, work to mis-lead you, and never let you speak to the same person twice. They will say and do anything to keep you on the merry-go-round of confusion.
Wells Fargo wants that house. And they'll do anything to get it. This isn't about compassion. It's about them doing the right thing.
Cindi and Kirk don't want a hand out. They need a hand up. Wells Fargo WE ARE NOT GOING AWAY! Do the right thing!"
