Today Cindi and Kirk were served with foreclosure papers. There is a hearing on November 21st.
I understand that Bill McGinty is going to do a follow-up story on Monday. He wants us to go ahead with the picket that was planned for last month but was cancelled for fear that Wells Fargo would retaliate.
